Leadership & strategy

Make the technical work count.

My experience spans enterprise data architecture, performance testing, observability, and developer tooling. The common thread is helping organizations move from a promising evaluation to sustained use.

Today, I lead North American Customer Success Engineering at JetBrains, setting regional strategy, mentoring engineers, and partnering with strategic accounts.

Start with the customer’s decision

Enterprise technical discovery and POC programs at JetBrains connect product capabilities with the problems engineering organizations need to solve.

Bring technical depth to the conversation

As a k6 specialist at Grafana Labs, I led enterprise performance-testing POCs and supported multi-million-dollar deals alongside account executives.

Close the loop across teams

My work connects Sales, Product, and Engineering through technical engagement, customer feedback, and a focus on long-term value.

Goal & architecture

Make professional experience and technical work easy to explore, using semantic HTML, responsive CSS, and progressive JavaScript enhancement in a single deployable file.

Engineering decisions

Native disclosure controls keep project and career details usable without JavaScript. The command palette, interest paths, and architecture explorer add optional depth. System fonts avoid external font requests.

Tradeoff & lesson

A single artifact fits the current S3 deployment and keeps operations simple. As the content grows, separate records and static page generation will make editing and navigation easier.

05 / Working notes

Ideas worth making useful.

Short perspectives on enterprise engineering and building with intention.

What makes a developer platform evaluation useful?

A useful evaluation starts with a decision. What does the engineering team need to learn, and what evidence would change its mind? A feature checklist alone cannot answer those questions.

Define the workflow, the constraints, and the success criteria before starting a proof of concept. Include the people who will operate the platform, not just the people who approve the purchase. Capture friction alongside the successful demo.

The output should be a clear recommendation: what worked, what remains uncertain, and what it would take to adopt the platform sustainably.

Bridging Product, Sales, and Engineering

Cross-functional work becomes easier when everyone can see the same customer problem. Sales needs to understand the decision. Engineering needs to understand the constraints. Product needs to understand whether a request reflects a broader pattern.

A useful technical handoff preserves that context. Record the problem, the evidence gathered, and the open questions. Distinguish a customer commitment from an idea still being explored.

Trust grows when the next team can act without rediscovering everything the previous team learned.
